Leopardo Nebuloso (Neofelis nebulosa) encontrado na Ásia. Esses felinos medem cerca de 60 cm em altura, pesam 12 kg e quase um metro de comprimento; por dividir território com tigres e outros leopardos, o Leopardo Nebuloso geralmente caça a noite, para evitar competição e para não possivelmente acabar virando a caça, por ser menor que os outros felinos. Havia três subespécies conhecidas, mas a "Neofelis nebulosa brachyura", endêmica de Taiwan, infelizmente foi considerada extinta no ano passado, após 20 anos de trabalho tentando localizar ao menos um indivíduo ainda vivo. Entre as causas da extinção estão a caça ilegal para contrabando da pele e a perda de habitat, que também ameaçam as outras duas subespécies que ainda restam do Leopardo Nebuloso, consideradas criticamente vulneráveis à extinção.
