Orquídea-abelha (Ophrys apifera) tem este formato (que muitos comparam a um Pokémon) que ajuda a atrair abelhas para a polinização: os machos tentam copular com a flor, acreditando se tratar de uma fêmea, e, ao se bater nela e voar embora, ele carrega com si o pólen. A flor também solta uma essência similar ao feromônio da fêmea da abelha, para garantir a atração.

Bee orchid (Ophrys apifera) has this format (which many compare to a Pokémon) that helps attract bees for pollination: the males try to copulate with the flower, believing it is a female, and as he hit it and flies away, it carries along pollen. It also releases a substance similar to the pheromone of the female bee, to ensure the attraction.
